Principle
VS is a latest type of vertical unidirectional laminar flow clean bench. The Air will be pre-filtered firstly, then flows into the Pressure Box, After runs through high-efficiency filters, the Clean-air will be guided into Work Zone with a uniform speed, to make sure cleanliness of Class 100 in the zone.
Structure
1. High grade cold-rolled steel sheet
Box and both sides are made of T=1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate by bending, welding and assembling. The internal and external surfaces are treated by the anti-rust, then paint with hot-temperature baked.
2. all stainless-steel
Box and both sides are made of T=1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate.
These two forms of work table are made of T=1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate. Using the adjustable air volume fan system and the touch-type switch to control the voltage .
Ensure that the speed of air flow will be remained an ideal state. The single clean bench has light and bactericidal lamp on one side,and the other side and operating bench are made of transparent plexiglass.
The double clean bench has light and bactericidal lamp on both side,the operating bench is a transparent board which can push upward.
With rollers on the bottom of the bench , move easily.
